About The Position

The Administrative Project Coordinator at HKS Utility Services, LLC will assist in the organization, planning, and execution of various subsurface utility engineering projects in the Denver area. This role involves maintaining accurate project statuses, coordinating with subcontractors, and providing support to project managers and other team members.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • 1 year of experience as a project coordinator or administrative assistant
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Strong knowledge of written and digital project management tools

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with Xcel Energy Systems (SAP)
  • Underground Utility Industry experience
  • Experience with Monday.com

Responsibilities

  • Keep an accurate and up-to-date spreadsheet of all ongoing projects.
  • Follow up with project managers assigned to each project to obtain real-time updates.
  • Coordinate work with subcontractors as needed.
  • Provide assistance to other Project Coordinators, Project Managers, Field Services Director, and General Manager as needed.
