About The Position

The Program Analyst, Journeyman position at Precise Systems involves supporting the PMA-281 team at Patuxent River, MD, focusing on configuration management and acquisition processes. The role requires collecting, organizing, and interpreting data related to software and aircraft programs, assisting in maintaining configuration control, and supporting the development of Engineering Change Proposals. The Analyst will work closely with the Lead Configuration Manager and apply government processes for documentation and data management.

Requirements

• 3 to 10 years of experience in a relevant field.
• BA/BS degree or equivalent work experience (6 years additional work experience may substitute for a Bachelor's Degree, or an Associate's Degree plus 4 years' additional work experience).
• Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret security clearance.
• U.S. Citizenship is required.

Nice To Haves

• At least 2 years of experience supporting NAVAIR programs.
• Familiarity with Microsoft tools such as Planner, Lists, One Note, and SharePoint.

Responsibilities

• Assist with maintaining CM databases.
• Assist with editing CCB packages.
• Capture meeting minutes.
• Assist with maintaining CDRL Deliverables on the CDRL Tool site, ensuring completeness of documentation and tracking activity with CDRL Owners/Reviewers.
• Assist with maintaining CDRL Tracker on individual contracts and delivery orders.
• Assist with maintaining and managing the Procurement Management Tool within the AMS Suite.
• Assist with scheduling and conducting Procurement Planning Conferences (PPC).
• Generate PPC agreements and route for signature.
• Monitor PMT tool contract milestones to ensure contracts are on track.
• Resolve any off-track milestones with the appropriate IPT.
