Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business, education, human services, or related areas.
  • 1-3 years of leadership or supervisory experience in business, training, teaching, or sales.
  • Notable skills in providing career development assistance.
  • Solid organizational and time management skills, detail-oriented with proven results.
  • Demonstrated experience in a team-oriented environment.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with a wide range of professionals.
  • Capacity to gather and synthesize information from diverse sources.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and data entry.
  • Valid driver's license and vehicle required.

Responsibilities

  • Directly supervise Lehigh Valley Program Managers and the Deputy Director.
  • Ensure quality service delivery, contract compliance, and efficient data management.
  • Utilize staff resources strategically to exceed performance goals across programs.
  • Communicate performance trends and propose process improvements.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with funders, employers, and partners.
  • Monitor financials and assist in budget development and modifications.
  • Review ITAs, OJTs, purchase orders, and invoices for funder approval.
  • Audit monthly caseload reconciliations for contract adherence.
  • Oversee data processes, quality assurance, and reporting benchmarks.
  • Generate and review performance status reports for various stakeholders.
  • Respond to performance and reporting requests in a timely manner.
  • Monitor participant case management files for compliance with data regulations.
  • Ensure ISO compliance and performance audits are completed as necessary.
  • Guide and supervise leadership staff, evaluate performance, and identify development needs.
  • Implement program meetings and check-ins to enhance communication and collaboration.
  • Ensure quality training and job placement preparation for participants.
  • Coordinate policy recommendations to enhance integrated services.
