The Program and Curriculum Developer is responsible for designing and implementing customized and open enrollment courses that support workforce and community needs. This role ensures all training programs align with industry certifications, accreditation policies, and regulatory requirements while maintaining compliance with district and Career Tech goals. The Developer regularly evaluates and updates curriculum to reflect industry advancements and best practices. Additionally, this position is responsible for recruiting, training, and mentoring adjunct trainers, fostering strong relationships with industry partners and stakeholders to enhance program quality.
