About The Position

Requirements

  • Proficiency in MS Office Products, particularly Excel, Outlook, and Word.
  • Flexibility with rapidly evolving priorities.

  • Purchasing experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Analyzing, optimizing, and evaluating program metrics and performance to identify system trends and opportunities for improvement.
  • Managing credit card purchasing through online sources and working with commercial vendors and manufacturers.
  • Tracking purchases and funds effectively.
  • Performing data entry tasks accurately.
  • Collaborating with various vendors.
  • Entering Purchase Action Requests and Purchase Requisitions.
  • Attending weekly status report meetings.
  • Assisting with outgoing shipments and incoming deliveries.
  • Performing other duties as instructed by management.
