About The Position

The Harvard T.H. Chan School of Public Health is seeking a full professor with tenure in the Department of Biostatistics to lead the Center for Biostatistics in AIDS Research (CBAR). This role involves directing clinical trials and infectious disease research, particularly focusing on HIV, tuberculosis, viral hepatitis, COVID-19, and mpox. The successful candidate will have a strong background in quantitative health sciences, biostatistical methods, and a commitment to mentorship and collaboration in research and education.

Requirements

  • Doctoral degree in biostatistics, statistics, or a related field.
  • Strong track record as a clinical trialist.
  • Established record in regulatory requirements for clinical trials.
  • Familiarity with studies relevant to infectious diseases.
