About The Position
As a Professional Development Specialist, you will be responsible for the design, development, and delivery of effective learning programs that support employee development and organizational goals. Successful candidates in this role deliver engaging and effective learning sessions using a variety of methods (classroom training, virtual training, eLearning, and blended learning) to ensure that our employees acquire the necessary knowledge and skills to effectively perform their jobs.
