About The Position

The drive thru operator is expected to sell to and service drive-thru guests and collect for each meal prior to serving it. This role is crucial in ensuring a quick and efficient service experience for customers in the drive-thru lane.

Requirements

• Good vision, general and close.
• Good hearing.
• Manual dexterity.
• Ability to stand, bend, stretch, and walk throughout the shift.
• Ability to push and pull heavy objects.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 30 pounds.
• Maintain good personal hygiene and uniform.
• Able to use a computer register.
• Basic reading, writing, and math skills.
• Ability to retain verbal requests and menu item information.
• Good verbal skills.
• Ability to work shift work.
• Ability to market the menu.
• Ability to handle guest complaints.
• Ability to work well with others.
• Ability to count change.
• Maintain composure while under stress.

Responsibilities

• Sell and service each drive-thru guest within 3 minutes or less.
• Administer the 7 steps to Drive-thru service.
• Maintain guest sensitivity and cleanliness.
• Restock and ensure sanitation of the work area.
• Adhere to uniform, safety, security, cash, and company policy requirements.
• Handle any and all other tasks assigned.
