Production QC Analyst

The Production QC Analyst will play a crucial role in supporting client systems after their implementation. They will be responsible for assessing the accuracy and functionality of these systems, analyzing data trends, and providing real-time feedback to the Client Services and Support Services Teams. The role requires proficiency in SQL scripts and the ability to create complex queries and stored procedures. The Production QC Analyst will also be involved in creating tools to enhance post-production activities and ensuring the completion of all responsibilities with high accuracy.

• Draft and execute quality SQL data scripts and queries to read and monitor production data
• Understand and interpret the individual system design to determine the health of the system
• Create non-technical reporting by interpreting databases
• Monitor the performance and stability of Client Systems using existing tools and database design
• Analyze data trends and provide real-time feedback to Client Services and Support Services Teams
• Identify opportunities for tool creation to assist in Post-Production activities
• Perform quality control exercises for both Client Services and Support Services
• Demonstrate efficient and accurate completion of all responsibilities
• Prioritize and complete maintenance duties accurately and in a timely fashion
• Document findings with extremely high accuracy.

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent and/or appropriate experience
• 1-2 years' experience in the life science industry
• Proven experience utilizing SQL scripts, as well as creating complex queries and stored procedures
• Medium-High proficiency with T-SQL and utilizing SSMS
• Strong ability to interpret databases to create non-technical reporting
• Understanding and interpreting the individual system design to determine health of the system
• Monitor performance and stability of Client Systems by utilizing existing tools and database design
• Analyze data trends to provide real-time feedback to Client Services and Support Services Teams
