Requirements

• Minimum of 18 years of age.
• Valid driver's license if operating a Company Vehicle.
• 4+ years of increasing responsibility and managerial experience, preferably in construction/installation/trades.
• Bi-lingual English/Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

• Full responsibility for all aspects of the location's production department.
• Visiting work sites and directing production schedules.
• Ensuring customer satisfaction and soliciting new business.
• Supporting the Branch Manager in improving performance, productivity, efficiency, and profitability.
• Managing a team and monitoring job activities performed by installers.
• Handling all aspects of human resources including interviewing, hiring, onboarding, performance management, and development.
• Soliciting new business at required margin levels while maintaining existing business.
• Performing any other duties or tasks as assigned.
