About the position

The Product Owner - Telephony defines and drives the vision, strategy, and roadmap for our telephony products. This role collaborates closely with cross-functional teams to ensure product success, maximizing user satisfaction and business value.

Responsibilities

• Develop and articulate a product vision aligned with company goals.
• Define and prioritize features based on research and needs.
• Create and maintain a product roadmap.
• Translate requirements into user stories with teams.
• Collaborate to ensure timely delivery and high quality.
• Conduct user acceptance testing.
• Plan and execute product launches.
• Monitor performance, gather feedback, and analyze data.
• Manage the product lifecycle.
• Build strong relationships with stakeholders.
• Communicate updates and metrics to stakeholders.
• Gather feedback and address concerns.

Requirements

• Experience in product ownership, preferably in telephony and omni-channel communications tools.
• Understanding of product development and strong analytical skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills.
• Effective presentation skills.
• Familiarity with telephony technologies and software development.
• Ability to learn new technologies.
• Proven leadership and initiative.
• Focus on results and continuous improvement.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

Nice-to-haves

• Agile experience is a plus.
• Product management certification is desirable.
