Product Marketing Manager

We are seeking a product marketing lead to establish Health Note as a thought leader in the healthcare industry and support our sales team. This role involves crafting compelling messaging and positioning for our products, conducting competitive research, and collaborating with various teams to execute launch plans. The ideal candidate should have extensive experience in product marketing for SaaS B2B applications, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to lead and influence across functions. This is an opportunity to make a significant impact in a fast-paced environment and contribute to the growth of our business.

• Craft product positioning and messaging documents for internal and outbound sales assets, marketing programs, web copy, solution briefs, presentations, and press releases
• Create materials to position Health Note as a thought leader in healthcare workflow and documentation automation
• Collaborate on pricing for product offerings and research pricing models within the competitive landscape
• Develop and execute launch plans for new product updates and major launches
• Conduct competitive research to understand competitors' strategies and empower sales with this information
• Analyze customer needs, perform win-loss analyses, and curate customer testimonials to evangelize success stories
• Apply strategic learnings to tactical execution in the field
• Map the sales journey and provide training, tools, and decks to communicate the value of Health Note to prospects
• Create effective campaign themes, messaging, and content for various mediums such as sales presentations, eBooks, videos, and blogs
• Contribute to business growth by identifying and pursuing opportunities aligned with interests.

• 7+ years of product marketing experience with SaaS B2B applications
• Exceptional written and oral communication skills with a demonstrated ability to develop clear, concise, compelling messaging with a persuasive writing style
• Ability to lead and influence across functions
• A connector who builds trusted relationships throughout the organization and externally with customers to drive results
• Proven ability to excel in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with little direction
