Product Marketing Manager

We are seeking a product marketing lead to help establish Health Note as a thought leader in the healthcare industry and support our sales team. The role involves crafting compelling product positioning and messaging documents, conducting competitive research, and collaborating with various teams to develop and execute launch plans. The successful candidate will also analyze customer needs, create customer testimonials, and provide training and tools to the sales and marketing teams. Additionally, they will be responsible for creating effective campaign themes and content for various mediums.

Craft product positioning and messaging documents

Create materials that can help position Health Note as a thought leader in healthcare workflow and documentation automation

Collaborate with other leaders on pricing for product offerings

Research pricing models within the competitive landscape

Develop and execute launch plans for new product updates and major launches

Conduct in-depth competitive research

Understand and analyze needs of customer base

Perform win-loss analyses

Create, cultivate, and curate customer testimonials

Evangelize customer success stories to sales teams and market influencers

Apply strategic learnings to tactical execution

Map the sales journey and position Sales and Marketing for success

Create effective campaign themes, messaging, and content for various mediums

• 7+ years of product marketing experience with SaaS B2B applications
• Exceptional written and oral communication skills with a demonstrated ability to develop clear, concise, compelling messaging with a persuasive writing style
• Ability to lead and influence across functions
• A connector who builds trusted relationships throughout the organization and externally with customers to drive results
• Proven ability to excel in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with little direction
