Requirements

• BS or MS degree in Computer Science or equivalent industry experience.
• Experience working with SaaS-based technologies.
• Proficient with computer languages: HTML, JSON, T-SQL, Python.
• Savvy in putting together reference documents and presentations and collaborating using Microsoft Office Suite: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, effectively collaborating with other departments.
• Ability to multi-task, work in a fast-paced environment, react to changing priorities, meet deadlines and provide timely responses to internal and external customers.

Responsibilities

• Interact with many parts of the organization to onboard and enable clients to leverage the value of our products.
• Work alongside Product Managers to deliver products and features that provide risk insights to the Insurance and Banking sectors.
• Gather user feedback through their adoption journey to continuously improve product offerings.
• Drive the delivery of release communications, documentation, training content, and entitlement in collaboration with various internal teams.
• Ensure clients have a positive first impression as they begin their onboarding journey.
• Integrate and automate the contract to entitlement fulfillment process to enable Moody's products and features on the platform.
