Responsibilities

  • Learn and work as a full-time Product Manager (PM) intern with additional support and mentorship structures in place
  • Develop strategic thinking and communication skills
  • Build relationships throughout the product team
  • Deliver products that customers love
  • Partner with Sales, Support, and Marketing teams to prepare frontline teams for product rollouts
  • Interact with customers to drive improvements to products
  • Ability to travel to headquarters in Lincoln, Nebraska for the summer
  • Collaborate with others and contribute ideas to improve team or project
  • Gain experience in product thinking and lead a team in a fast-paced environment
  • Quick learner who can make informed decisions and feel confident about them
  • Deep curiosity to understand problem spaces on a deep level
  • Set strategy and vision, and generate buy-in (nice-to-have)
  • Experience in building something on your own or with a team (nice-to-have)

Requirements

  • A current student in a related field (from computer science to business)
  • Some experience in product management
  • Ability to work well with others and contribute ideas
  • Eagerness to gain experience in product thinking and lead a team
  • Quick learner and able to make informed decisions
  • Curiosity and desire to understand problem spaces deeply
  • Nice-to-have: ability to set strategy and vision and generate buy-in
  • Nice-to-have: experience in building something on your own or with a team
