About the position
We are seeking a Product Manager to join our growing Technology team at CAIS. This high impact position is responsible for collaborating with the Product Team to define the vision, objective, and strategic roadmap for product execution. Responsibilities
- Understand the product and the needs of clients through feedback and communication with stakeholders
- Leverage customer feedback, competitive analysis, and metrics to guide product roadmaps
- Manage backlog of stories to deliver features, enhancements, and fixes
- Gather and document requirements from cross-functional business stakeholders
- Communicate and collaborate with engineering, design teams, and stakeholders for product roll-out and operational support
- Write user stories, acceptance criteria, and release communication
- Prioritize user stories and work with developers, marketing, executives, and UX/UI designers for user-focused solutions
- Document processes, features, enhancements, and fixes for quality and audit purposes
- Work in an Agile/Scrum environment with cross-functional teams during the product lifecycle
- Participate in product sprints and manage product and sprint backlogs
- Keep product roadmaps up-to-date and prioritize feature development to align with customer needs and business objectives
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience as a Product Manager, ideally in technology or financial services industries
- Strong cross-functional communication skills
- Stellar attention to detail and time management skills
- Creativity, flexibility, and drive to consistently deliver on mission critical projects with tight timelines and competing priorities
- Ability to understand product and client needs through feedback and communication with stakeholders
- Experience managing backlogs and prioritizing features, enhancements, and fixes
- Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with engineering and design teams, as well as various stakeholders
- Proficiency in writing user stories, acceptance criteria, and release communication
- Experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment with cross-functional teams
- Ability to maintain and prioritize user stories and document processes for quality and audit purposes
- Experience in managing product roadmaps and prioritizing feature development
