Product Manager

As a Product Manager, you will play a crucial role in our cross-functional squad, working collaboratively with colleagues to define and deliver our product roadmap. With a focus on customer satisfaction and continuous improvement, you will have the opportunity to make a significant impact and drive positive changes in the industry.

• Form part of a cross-functional squad focusing on a specific product area
• Collaborate with colleagues across product, design, and engineering to define and deliver roadmap
• Build with the customer foremost in mind and translate overall product vision into detailed product requirements
• Proactively ship and continuously use analytics to get feedback and iterate on features
• Own the team backlog, negotiate trade-offs, and actively manage change
• Serve as the key point of contact for product support in your area
• Work with ambiguity in a fast-paced way with an ideas-led, consultative approach
• Communicate with internal stakeholders and keep them well informed
• Have a deep understanding of the customer and engagement metrics
• Success with cross-functional teams: translating product vision into stories, coordinating design, assisting in estimation, identifying dependencies, negotiating and rationalizing trade-offs, ensuring high-quality, secure, and performant solutions
• Happy to come into the London office 1-2 times per week and open to occasional travel to offices in Paris and Berlin
• Experience working with engineering teams and translating business needs

• Over one year of experience as a Product Manager on an agile team
• Able to work with ambiguity in a fast-paced environment
• Ideas-led and consultative approach
• Comfortable making quick decisions
• Experience communicating with internal stakeholders
• Deep understanding of customer and engagement metrics
• Proven success with cross-functional teams
• Willingness to come into the London office 1-2 times per week
