About the position
As a Product Manager at Airtable, you will play a crucial role in driving the expansion of the platform within large organizations. Your main responsibilities will include crafting the vision, strategy, and roadmap for growth, as well as identifying and executing new product initiatives. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams and partners to deliver solutions that fuel adoption and expansion of Airtable's product suite. The ideal candidate will have extensive product management experience in the SaaS industry, a strong technical background, and excellent communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Drive customer-driven decisions, clear prioritization, and efficient execution in the face of ambiguity and complexity
- Collaborate extensively with cross-functional teams including engineering, data, user research, design, and go-to-market teams
- Build processes that will scale as the team and company grow
Requirements
- 10+ years of direct product management experience at a SaaS company and have worked on enterprise solutions
- Strong technical background and excel at analytical thinking
- Built products with deep product and UX design requirements
- Excellent written and verbal communicator
- Proven track record of taking ownership, taking initiative, and delivering results
- Customer-driven and demonstrated experience in working closely with enterprise customers to deliver value
Benefits
- Compensation awarded based on work location, relevant skills, and experience
- Base salary range of $253,000 - $290,000 for work locations in San Francisco, Mountain View, Seattle, NYC, and LA
