Product Engineer

• Develop technical plans and contribute to the technical architecture of the products as they scale
• Write Ruby code to integrate AWS, infrastructure, platform, and SaaS technologies for the backend infrastructure
• Ship changes to production on the first day and features in the first week
• Mentor other engineers and participate in candidate interviews to grow the team's capacity
• Have 2+ years of industry experience in software engineering, preferably building a SaaS product
• Possess deep knowledge of a high-level programming language (e.g., Ruby, Python, Javascript)
• Collaborate directly with product teams and designers to deliver value to customers or users
• Have experience with distributed systems
