Product Designer

Mutiny is seeking a talented individual to join their team as a Designer. In this role, you will have the opportunity to reimagine the editor experience, create a new product experience, and establish a design language that will propel the company to the next level. As part of a small design team, you will have the chance to shape the culture and expectations of the discipline. Collaborating with engineers and product managers, you will contribute to the strategy, vision, and execution of your product area. • Help reimagine the editor experience and craft a new product experience
• Define an elegant design language for the company
• Define the culture, norms, and expectations of the design discipline
• Partner with engineers and product managers to build elegant and powerful products
• Drive the strategy, vision, and execution of the product area
• Understand the business strategy and metrics as much as product managers
• Obsess over customers and solve their problems in elegant ways
