Product Analyst

We are seeking an ambitious and proactive individual to join our team as a Data Insights Analyst. In this role, you will be responsible for analyzing data and providing actionable insights to drive business decisions and improve performance. You will have the opportunity to work on complex challenges within a rapidly-scaling startup, leading projects and owning work streams. Your responsibilities will include conducting experiments and A/B tests, developing insights through business intelligence tools, and building scalable data infrastructure. Develop insights through business intelligence and analytical tools

Conduct experiments and A/B tests to understand customer behavior and optimize the customer experience

Democratize data through building scalable business logic and data infrastructure

Provide visibility into the drivers of performance to ensure Ethos continues on its path of rapid growth

Empower leaders to make key decisions supported by data

• Strong analytical skills and ability to turn data into actionable insights
• Experience with business intelligence and analytical tools
• Ability to conduct experiments and A/B tests to understand customer behavior and optimize the customer experience
• Knowledge of data infrastructure and ability to build scalable business logic
• Ability to provide visibility into performance drivers and support decision making with data
