Principal Product Strategist

• Leverage strong understanding of supply chain planning processes and systems to shape strategic product development
• Partner with leadership and cross-functional partners in engineering and GTM functions to improve design and development processes
• Refine the way products are positioned in the market
• Analyze market and competitive conditions
• Conduct sales enablement activities to position the differentiated value of products
• Gather and analyze user feedback to craft a product strategy that delivers exceptional customer value
• Think outside the box to create a next generation supply chain planning tool
• Oversee all elements of the product development lifecycle
• Work effectively with cross-functional teams in a matrixed organization

• Have a solid technical background with understanding of software development
• Have experience working at a supply chain software company (preferred with a product management role and at a supply chain planning company)
• Have a technical understanding of how AI/ML works
• Have a technical understanding of enterprise-grade software solutions
• Demonstrate leadership qualities

• 6 years of experience in a dynamic product role (ex. Product Strategy, Product Management, Solution/ Product Deployment)
• Deep domain knowledge in Supply Chain planning (preference for both supply and demand planning)
• Understanding of current supply chain planning technology landscape (especially planning systems and supporting tools)
• Interested in and excited about AI/ML
• Ability to think outside the box to create a next generation supply chain planning tool
• Proven success in overseeing all elements of the product development lifecycle
• Skilled at working effectively with cross functional teams in a matrixed organization
• Strong problem-solving skills and willingness to roll up one’s sleeves to get the job done
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Solid technical background with understanding of software development (preference for work experience in an Enterprise SaaS product environment)
• Experience working at a supply chain software company (preferred with a product management role and at a supply chain planning company)
• Technical understanding of how AI/ML works
