Principal People Business Partner

• Function as a thought partner and coach to key business leaders and their respective organizations
• Engage in business strategic planning to translate business needs into a people agenda and effective organizational design
• Lead company-wide programs and initiatives such as performance & compensation reviews, equity, organizational design, succession planning, engagement action planning, and organization health at the executive level
• Drive operational excellence and efficiency in People processes to enable the organization to hire and develop talent at scale and consistently in a high-performance culture
• Operate with humility and drive initiatives with the overall betterment of the team and company in mind
• Recognize cross-functional issues and proactively work to resolve them, having a company-wide impact
• Contribute expert knowledge in areas such as compensation, benefits, operations, and programs to facilitate cross-functional collaboration and problem-solving
• Convey ideas, data, and recommendations clearly and concisely in written and verbal communications
