Responsibilities

  • Lead the design and implementation of Salesforce data migration projects to ensure seamless transitions and data integrity.
  • Oversee Salesforce data integration efforts to connect various systems and streamline operations.
  • Provide technical expertise in Salesforce to optimize system performance and user experience.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for all Salesforce-related projects and processes.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in the Medical Devices domain.
  • Conduct regular system audits and implement necessary updates to maintain system security and efficiency.
  • Mentor and guide junior team members to foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
  • Analyze and resolve complex technical issues related to Salesforce data migration and integration.
  • Participate in strategic planning sessions to align Salesforce initiatives with organizational goals.
  • Evaluate new Salesforce features and technologies to recommend enhancements and improvements.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders to provide project updates and gather feedback.
  • Drive innovation by staying current with industry trends and emerging technologies.
