Requirements

• High School diploma or GED.
• 1-2 years of relevant experience in preventive maintenance or a similar field.
• Ability to comprehend written material and communicate effectively with employees and customers.
• Valid Driver's License (not required but highly desired).
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and relevant dealer software programs.

Responsibilities

• Conduct all assigned work safely, adhering to safety and environmental policies.
• Perform preventive maintenance tasks including changing engine fluids, filters, and lubricating components.
• Maintain and make minor adjustments and repairs to equipment in the field.
• Provide required information and documentation to the PM Dispatcher and Service Estimator.
• Maintain personal service literature and stay updated on technical changes in the industry.
• Work in a neat and orderly manner, adhering to contamination control guidelines.
• Complete all required documentation for customers and PM Dispatcher.
• Perform other assigned duties as needed.
