Requirements

  • Undergraduate student completing a bachelor's degree between December 2025 and June 2026.
  • 0 years of work experience required; previous related internships preferred.
  • Consistent track record of results demonstrating integrity, innovation, involvement, and intensity.
  • Energized through championing change, driven in getting results, and savvy in navigating ambiguity.
  • Excellent interpersonal communication skills with a high degree of emotional intelligence.

Responsibilities

  • Learn continuous improvement methodologies and PPI Business System topics such as: lean leadership, problem solving, value stream mapping, Kaizen, gemba walks, standard work, 5S, and built in quality to support improvement initiatives across the business.
  • Partner with leadership to assess existing business processes to reduce waste and increase efficiency.
  • Conduct industry benchmarking and offer innovative solutions.
  • Collaborate with other functions to follow the PPI 8-step problem solving process to develop and implement solutions.
  • Train associates in PPI lean continuous improvement tools and concepts.
