About The Position

The Polysomnographic Technician/Technologist/Respiratory Therapist position at Benefis involves performing comprehensive sleep testing and analysis under the supervision of a sleep technologist and/or medical director. Requirements

• Completion of a sleep technology program from a state licensed or nationally accredited facility or 6 months experience as a sleep trainee with documented proficiency.
• Certification as a Polysomnographic Technician (CPSGT) is required.
• Current BLS certification.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive sleep testing and analysis under supervision.
• Follow procedural protocols related to sleep studies such as MSLT, MWT, and PAP titration.
• Ensure accurate data collection during sleep studies.
• Handle stressful situations and conflicts effectively.
