As part of the Kemper Policy Administration team, you will be part of a team that delivers on a promise to provide exceptional service to our Life and Health insurance policy holders! In this Full-Time position, you will primarily be responsible for processing incoming requests from our clients. Our office is open Monday - Friday, there are multiple shift options including a four (10 hour day) work week.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • General clerical/office work experience
  • Strong written communication skills required, including grammar

Responsibilities

  • Thoroughly review, research and update policy information in accordance with policy standards
  • Data entry of policy information from incoming client requests
  • Process insurance notices timely through appropriate methods
  • Provide written correspondence to clients
  • Retrieve historical archived files per internal requests
  • Perform and complete special projects as assigned
  • Effectively manage daily workload within necessary service levels
  • Other duties as assigned
