About The Position

The PMO Intern will be part of the Customer Delivery Services (CDS) Unit, which is responsible for delivering all projects for airline customers in North and South America. The role involves industrializing and digitalizing processes within the CDS Unit, including managing demand, reporting, capacity forecasting, and budgeting. The intern will help consolidate and document processes, project-manage their implementation, and identify suitable tools to support these processes.

Requirements

• Ability to work autonomously and support the development of solutions to complex problems.
• Receives guidance and direction from more senior roles or managers.
• Familiarity with operational project management support and standard methods, processes, and tools.

Responsibilities

• Consolidate and document the processes to be implemented.
• Project-manage the implementation of these processes in the teams.
• Identify suitable tools to help run these processes.
• Write and maintain documentation of the team's to-be processes.
• Create project plans and monitor progress against schedule.
• Support effective communication mechanisms between teams and engage them in the new processes.
• Implement digitalized processes/tools to support day-to-day activities.
