About The Position

We are seeking a skilled Plumbing Helper with experience in commercial plumbing to assist with job layouts and various plumbing tasks. The ideal candidate will have experience in both rough-in and finished plumbing for commercial, residential, and fit-outs/renovations. This role involves installing and maintaining plumbing systems, cutting, assembling, and installing pipes and tubes, and locating and repairing water supply issues.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in plumbing
• Commercial/Residential new construction experience
• Ability to run jobs independently
• Own hand and power tools
• Journeyman or Master's Plumbing certification (preferred)

Responsibilities

• Perform rough-in and finished plumbing for commercial, residential, and fit-outs/renovations
• Install and maintain plumbing systems that transport water, waste, or gases
• Cut, assemble, and install pipes and tubes
• Locate and repair issues with water supply lines
• Install, repair, and replace broken drainage lines and faucets
• Install new PVC, CPVC, PEX, Cast Iron, and Copper tubing
• Maintain and repair septic and commercial sewer systems
• Read and interpret blueprints and building codes to determine work procedures
• Prepare written work cost estimates for clients
• Adhere to safety policies and procedures
• Work independently or manage a small crew
