Maintenance Planner/Command Center Coordinator Basic Function – Join our dynamic Facilities Operations team in a critical role that ensures the reliability, safety, and regulatory compliance of building systems in a large, public commercial environment. As a proactive and highly organized Maintenance Planner / Command Center Coordinator, you will be part of our 24/7 operations team, combining preventive maintenance planning with real-time emergency coordination from the Command Center. In this pivotal position, you will manage the full lifecycle of maintenance work—from preventive maintenance (PM) scheduling to corrective and emergency response planning—while ensuring adherence to FDNY fire safety regulations and NYC Fire Code. You will operate out of the Command Center, serving as the central hub for maintenance and emergency operations, utilizing Maximo CMMS and ATLAS mobile platform to ensure all work is planned, scheduled, documented, and completed efficiently, safely, and in compliance with regulatory standards.
