About the position
SmithRx is seeking a Plan Operations Associate to join their Customer Success team. The role involves supporting core Plan Ops functions to ensure the high quality of the SmithRx product. Responsibilities include maintaining platform configurations, communicating project status, driving workflow efficiency improvements, collaborating with member support and customer success teams, and providing subject matter expertise on plan design configuration details. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of account structure, eligibility, and accumulator requirements.

- Maintain platform configurations necessary for ongoing operations
- Communicate project status and escalate issues when necessary
- Drive changes to improve workflow efficiency
- Collaborate and provide support for member support and customer success teams
- Collaborate with engineers on system enhancements to workflow automation
- Become the subject matter expert for plan design configuration details on engineering projects
- Understand and facilitate account structure, eligibility, and accumulator requirements
- Maintain plan data integrity through monitoring organization and structure of plan configurations
- Validate system configurations for accuracy by monitoring inbound files from external partners
- Monitor ongoing Engineering operations and provide troubleshooting support for claims adjudication processes including eligibility, accumulators, and reporting
- Support new trading partner integrations and client implementations
- Partner closely with internal teams to support all processes during onboarding and maintenance of accounts by working cross functionally to resolve key issues
