About The Position

Ascension St. Vincent Evansville Cancer Care is looking for a Board Certified/Board Eligible Radiation Oncology Physician. The position involves full scope medical oncology and radiation oncology, with clinic and hospital services co-located. The schedule is Monday to Friday with 36 patient contact hours and a shared call schedule of 1:2. The facility includes a 35 chair infusion center and Diagnostic PET onsite, with access to clinical trials and multidisciplinary care teams that consult, plan, and coordinate the best treatment options available.

Requirements

• Physician MD/DO credentialed from the Indiana Medical Licensing Board obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required.
• Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathy (DO) required.
• Advanced Life Support preferred. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.

Responsibilities

• Provide radiation oncology services to patients.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary care teams.
• Participate in shared call schedule.
• Utilize EMR system Aria for patient management.
