About The Position
Mercy Pediatrics is currently seeking a board certified or board eligible physician to join our dual practice in St. Louis, Missouri. Our Mercy Pediatrics team consists of 2 physicians, 1 advanced practitioner, and an engaged support staff focused on quality patient care. The position is based in two locations: Sunset Hills and Watson, allowing for a diverse patient population and collaborative work environment. The clinic operates Monday through Friday, with a nurse on call for after-hour support, ensuring that our patients receive continuous care. This role is primarily outpatient, and the physician will have access to a large, established multi-specialty referral network, enhancing the quality of care provided to our patients. Additionally, the physician will have the opportunity to partner in our physician-led, multi-specialty organization, contributing to a collaborative and innovative healthcare environment. This position offers an integrated health system with a competitive income guarantee and a productivity-based model to follow. The system utilizes EPIC EMR with DAX for clinical documentation, streamlining the administrative aspects of patient care.
