The Performance Media Analyst is responsible for building, scaling, and analyzing Display, Video, and Social campaigns across various platforms. This role requires expertise in performance marketing, managing campaigns from start to finish, and leveraging data analysis to inform strategies and identify growth opportunities. The ideal candidate will thrive in a data-driven environment and be committed to continuous improvement and operational excellence.

  • Launch, monitor and optimize Performance Media campaigns across platforms
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve performance, launch A/B tests, and deliver better outcomes for customers
  • Build and improve performance dashboards
  • Analytical mind with a quantitative degree (Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science, Engineering, Sciences or related field) or demonstrated analytical and technical ability
  • Strong data analysis skills and understanding of statistics
  • Proficient in SQL
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a sense of urgency and accountability
  • Ability to collaborate effectively as a team player
  • Knowledge of a programming language such as Python, Ruby, R, etc.
