About The Position

BAYADA at Inspira Hospice is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Nurse Practitioner (NP) to provide palliative care to clients in their homes across Gloucester, Salem, and Cumberland County, NJ. This per diem position is integral to a multi-disciplinary healthcare team, ensuring that clients receive the necessary medical care to remain at home while maintaining their dignity and comfort.

Requirements

• A current license as a Nurse Practitioner (NP) in NJ.
• A minimum of one year of recent, verifiable clinical (medical/surgical) experience.
• Solid computer skills; prior experience with electronic medical records (EMR) preferred.
• Ability to travel to cases as assigned.
• Strong interpersonal skills.

Nice To Haves

• Prior home care, hospice, and/or palliative care experience.

Responsibilities

• Making home face-to-face hospice recertification visits to clients in designated geographic territories.
• Monitoring clients' conditions and reporting changes to the Clinical or Client Services Manager.
• Following up with, executing, and properly documenting doctors' orders.
• Performing client assessments as necessary.
