About the position
The People Partner role at Clipboard Health is a critical position within the People Ops organization. The main responsibilities include supporting team members through various people operations tasks, assisting managers in team development, responding to internal inquiries, auditing processes for compliance, and managing HRIS and performance management systems. The ideal candidate should have experience in people operations or business operations, project management skills, strong organizational abilities, proficiency in Microsoft and/or Google Drive products, and the ability to learn new technology quickly. Additional desirable qualifications include experience with employment documents and law, cross-cultural and global team experience, and knowledge of US visa programs management.
Responsibilities
- Support team members through various people operations tasks, including new hire onboarding, performance management, and offboarding
- Proactively support managers and department heads in the development and management of their teams
- Respond to inquiries from internal team members and provide quick and quality solutions/advice
- Audit current People Ops processes to ensure 100% compliance and identify solutions for improvement
- Ensure 100% data integrity across all platforms and assist with managing People Ops platforms such as the HRIS system and performance management system
- Project management experience, specifically driving time-sensitive and confidential projects
- Organized, detail-oriented, and punctual
- Proficiency with Microsoft and/or Google Drive products
- Ability to learn new technology systems quickly
- Experience working with employment documents and familiarity with employment law and best practices
- Experience working cross-culturally and with diverse, global teams
- Experience with US visa programs management
- Initiative and ability to work independently to achieve goals
Requirements
- At least 2 years experience working in either a People Operations/HR capacity, Business Operations capacity, or Legal capacity
- Project management experience, specifically being the driver of time-sensitive and confidential projects
- Incredibly organized, detail-oriented, and punctual
- Proficiency with Microsoft and/or Google Drive products like Word/Docs, Excel/Sheets, and Slides/Presentation
- Ability to learn new technology systems quickly
- Experience working with employment documents, such as offer letters, consulting agreements, confidentiality agreements, etc. (Nice to Have)
- Exposure to employment law and general employment best practices (Nice to Have)
- Experience working cross-culturally and with diverse, global teams (Nice to Have)
- Experience with US visa programs management (Nice to Have)
