About the position
The People Operations Coordinator at VTS will be responsible for supporting the employee population and ensuring a best-in-class employee experience. This role will involve collaborating with the global team on various initiatives, including benefits administration, people processes, and company-wide projects. The coordinator will also handle new hire onboarding, ad-hoc reporting, talent process coordination, benefits billing reconciliation, and administrative tasks related to HRIS and Benefits systems. Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and communication abilities are essential for success in this role.

- 1+ years of experience working on a People/HR team (including internship experience)
- Bachelor's degree
