About The Position

Under the supervision of a Registered Nurse, provides close observation of patients who are confused, at risk of falling or are suicidal and deemed in danger to self or others. Assists in the provision of a safe and clean environment and promotes the therapeutic setting and the efficiency of the nursing team.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or Equivalent required.
• Able to demonstrate knowledge and skills necessary to provide a safe environment and therapeutic setting.
• Ability to communicate observed changes in behavior and activity.
• BLS and First Aid required.

Responsibilities
