Join the Patient Financial Services team at New York. In this role, you will provide work direction, assign and/or schedule work, conduct on-the-job training, answer job-related questions, prepare performance evaluations, and recommend appropriate personnel actions for assigned staff. You will also assist in the interpretation and implementation of personnel and departmental policies and procedures. The manager acts as a liaison between the Department Director, higher leadership, and staff. As a manager, you will also maintain effective communication with employees and other departments and/or outside agencies to ensure efficient departmental operation.
