Part-time Sales Associate (Philadelphia)

We are seeking a friendly and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a retail associate for our new store in Philadelphia. As a brand ambassador, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences, engaging with customers, and educating them about our products. Additionally, you will assist with inventory management, visual merchandising, and the planning of in-store events. This is an exciting opportunity to shape the retail experience for our Philadelphia customers and potentially contribute to the future growth of our company.

• Ensure an exceptional customer experience is delivered 100% of the time
• Act as a Brooklinen brand ambassador, always putting the customer first
• Engage with loyal customers IRL and form new customer relationships
• Educate customers on our product assortment, brand history, and value proposition
• Work in the back of house to receive and organize inventory
• Assist with the visual merchandising of the store and product
• Support the planning and execution of in-store special events

• 1-3 years of experience in a retail (or service-oriented) environment
• Strong communication skills
• Strong judgment and a service- and solution-oriented approach
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, holidays, and weekend shifts
• Passionate, inclusive, and positive attitude
• Ability to stand for long periods of time, physically move products, and lift up to 20 pounds
