About the position
As a Production Associate II, you will be working in a team environment performing various manufacturing duties to ensure the team meets all goals and objectives. Typical types of work include: Maintain clean room standards per standard operating procedure. Be responsible for quality and adherence to manufacturing process requirements. Build product by following all processes in which certified and completing other assigned work, while meeting manufacturing goals and metrics. Record information on shop floor paperwork and maintains accurate records. Perform verifications on shop floor paperwork and maintains accurate records. Independently complies with signals from Hour by Hour and in-process Kanbans and may direct others. Demonstrate and apply a solid understanding of Lean Manufacturing principles. Understand 6S principles for assigned areas. Handle, transport, store, and inspect components and final assembly devices.

Requirements
- High School or GED

- 1+ years manufacturing/operations or related experience
- Cleanroom or medical device manufacturing experience
