The Part-Time Evening English As A Second Language (ESL) Instructor will work with adult non-English speakers. Responsibilities include hands-on direct instruction, student intake, testing, and assessment. The instructor will maintain accurate attendance and records using a computer-based database and will be accountable for student achievement and retention. We are seeking a candidate experienced in and able to work with a diverse adult population of non-English speakers. Candidates must be self-disciplined and able to work independently. Additionally, the instructor must commit to attending 14 hours of paid Professional Development through the Regional Adult Education Network (RAEN) per year.
