About The Position

As a Paint and Sip Art Instructor at Muse Paintbar, you will blend artistic talent with exceptional customer service to create a memorable experience for guests. Your role involves guiding participants through painting sessions while ensuring a lively and enjoyable atmosphere, managing food and beverage orders, and engaging with customers to enhance their overall experience.

Requirements

• Must be 21 years or older.
• Minimum of 2 years of hands-on painting experience.
• Bachelor's Degree in a relevant art field preferred.
• Prior experience in a customer-focused environment.
• Prior experience in group art teaching is preferred.
• Alcohol Safety/TIPS and ServSafe Certifications (provided by Muse if needed).
• Strong communication skills and focus on customer service excellence.
• Artistic proficiency, particularly in acrylics, and skill in teaching painting.

Nice To Haves

• Experience in social media management.
• Host/hostess experience.
• Tech-savvy with proficiency in necessary technology for session operation.

Responsibilities

• Prepare Muse Paintbar's signature paintings according to guidelines.
• Utilize provided templates to break down paintings for effective instruction.
• Lead painting sessions with step-by-step guidance and manage session time efficiently.
• Prepare for upcoming sessions by organizing attendee lists and paint palettes.
• Greet customers, guide them to their seats, and provide aprons.
• Direct customers to food and beverage options and attend to their needs.
• Engage with guests throughout the session, providing support and encouragement.
• Take photos during sessions for social media to enhance guest interaction.
• Assist in the breakdown and cleanup process post-session.
