About The Position

The Guest Service Associate at Towne Park is responsible for delivering exceptional hospitality services to guests, ensuring a friendly and efficient experience. This role involves parking and retrieving vehicles, assisting guests with luggage, and providing information about the facility and local attractions. Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required.
• A valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• One month of related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer and personal services.
• Ability to read and write standard English language and comprehend simple instructions.

Nice To Haves

• Ability to operate a manual transmission is highly desirable.
• Experience in hospitality or customer service roles.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a pleasant, friendly, and professional demeanor with all guests, co-workers, and clients.
• Acknowledge and greet guests within five feet with a professional and friendly demeanor.
• Park and retrieve vehicles while driving slowly and cautiously.
• Assist guests with bell services and luggage storage as needed.
• Provide guests with directions, taxis, reservations, and other inquiries.
• Explain parking rates and retrieval procedures to guests upon arrival.
• Consistently complete and maintain all ticket information including key tag, guest folio, location of vehicle, damage survey, and claim check receipt from all vehicles taken into the valet system.
