About The Position

The Overnight Awake Coach at LivWell Behavioral is responsible for ensuring the safety and well-being of clients during overnight hours in a behavioral health facility. This role involves engaging with clients, implementing treatment plans, and providing support as part of a treatment team. The position requires vigilance and responsiveness to client needs while maintaining a safe environment.

Requirements

• A valid driver's license with no legal restrictions.
• Minimum age requirement of 21.
• An Arizona Fingerprint Clearance Card, or the ability to attain one.
• A passion for working with children and the ability to work on a team.
• An accredited high school diploma or GED equivalency.
• Three (3) years of behavioral health experience or working with children.

Responsibilities

• Remain awake and alert overnight while clients are in care.
• Conduct safety checks every 30 minutes to ensure the highest standard of care.
• Responsible for general housekeeping duties.
• Respond to clients needs during shift.
• Provide input for the planning of each child's treatment goals.
• Help implement individual treatment plans with each child.
• Assist with overnight medications, as needed.
• Complete clients health record notes and trip tickets.
