Requirements

• High school education or GED.
• Valid driver's license from current state of residence.
• Strong social, customer service, and communication skills.
• Related experience and/or training in sales is preferred.
• Basic math skills for calculations and following product label instructions.

Responsibilities

• Inspect and identify infestations or conditions conducive to infestations of various pests.
• Conduct proposals and presentations that result in sales.
• Provide exceptional customer service and follow up to ensure satisfaction.
• Generate new business by meeting and greeting potential customers.
• Complete training modules and on-the-job training with teammates.
• Learn product knowledge and sales techniques for selling Terminix products.
• Handle delinquent accounts with grace and effectiveness.
