Responsibilities

  • Upholds visual standards and policies listed in the visual manual.
  • Provides quality customer service to all customers.
  • Promotes sales, deals and promotions to increase sales.
  • Acquires and retains customers by creating unique customer experiences.
  • Assists managers with store operations as needed.
  • Assists and consults Store Manager regarding overall operations and administrative duties.
  • Determines methods and approaches necessary to accomplish the store’s goals.
  • Enforces, conveys, and upholds Hibbett I City Gear’s policies, goals, and standards to the store’s sales team.
  • Consistently communicates with the District Sales Manager and the Store Support Center.
  • Represents Hibbett I City Gear in appearance, attitude, and professionalism portrayed to associates, customers, and the community.
