  • Windows experience including Microsoft Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Process Automotive and Outdoor Power service contracts accurately and timely using Oracle software.
  • Assist with processing Automotive, Outdoor Power & Global orders according to the set SLAs per order type using CPQ & Oracle Software.
  • Provide support and assist internal and external customers.
  • Serve as a liaison between departments with the common end goal of serving customers.
  • Review contracts and documentation for completeness prior to data entry.
  • Identify trends and problems and suggest solutions to improve processes.
  • Maintain Oracle Service Contracts for monthly recurring invoicing, media shipments, and customer support.
  • Create documentation of processes within the department as required.
