Located in San Diego, CA, Foresight Sports is a designer and manufacturer of performance analysis and game enhancement technologies. Our products include launch monitors, simulators, performance/entertainment software, and smart mobility solutions for a variety of sports and games. With engineering, manufacturing, and quality-assurance teams all located under one roof, Foresight Sports offers complete, vertically integrated solutions for every segment of the market. Our team is looking for Hardware/Software Order Fulfillment Representative to manage all outgoing computer and software related orders. This is an entry level position.

Requirements

• Understanding of Windows Operating System
• Software Installation
• Basic understanding of Windows Explorer Folder Function and Organization
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to manage tasks over time at varied priorities
• Strong attention to details
• Ability to lift 30-50lbs
• Maneuver and move large packages
• Work on ladders as needed
• Stand, walk, push, pull, squat, bend, and reach during shifts
• Use carts, dollies, hand trucks, and other gear to move items around
• Go up and down stairs (where applicable)

Nice To Haves

• Experience in NetSuite a plus

Responsibilities

• Manages Shopify and Stripe to identify and create new orders
• Fulfills digital orders by sending customers software or course licenses
• Creates the order in Salesforce and generates the order within Netsuite to provide accounting
• Updates all records and logs related to online digital orders to reflect orders in process
• Reviews and resolves discrepancies
• Qualifies and submits customer refund requests for online orders to management for approval
• Interacts with Accounting to assure it is processed once approved.
